Policy Overview
01Fresh Fashion Fit operates a strict Exchange Only policy. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are only accepted for items that meet the specific eligibility conditions outlined below.
All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Claims submitted after this window will be automatically rejected with no exceptions.
Valid Reasons for Exchange
02An exchange request will only be considered if the item meets one of the following conditions:
Item received with a manufacturing defect (torn seam, broken zip, missing button)
Wrong item shipped โ different from what was ordered
Incorrect size shipped despite correct size being ordered and confirmed
Significant colour difference not attributable to screen/monitor variation
Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
03The following will result in an automatic rejection of any return or exchange request:
Item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way
Original tags or packaging removed or tampered with
Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference
Colour variation due to screen or monitor settings
Claim raised after 48 hours of delivery confirmation
Item shows signs of perfume, stains, or odour
Item returned without original packaging and all accessories
Claim submitted without photo or video evidence of the issue
How to Raise an Exchange Request
04Follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
Record a clear, unedited video showing the item, its tags, packaging, and the specific defect or issue. Photos alone may not be sufficient.
Message us at +1 857 857 8522 with your order number, a description of the issue, and your video/photo evidence attached.
Our team will review your claim against our pre-dispatch video documentation. This process takes 2โ3 business days.
If your claim is approved, you must ship the item back in its original, unused condition at your own expense. We do not cover return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be processed and dispatched within 3โ5 business days.
Return Shipping Responsibility
05- ๐ฆAll return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility regardless of the reason for exchange.
- ๐International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and import charges on returned items.
- ๐We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not liable for items lost in transit during return.
- ๐ธFresh Fashion Fit covers outbound shipping on the replacement item only, once the return is received and verified.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy
06We take fraudulent claims extremely seriously. The following actions will result in permanent account ban and may be escalated to legal proceedings:

- ๐นAttempting to dispute a claim that contradicts our pre-dispatch video evidence
- ๐Returning a different, damaged, or substituted item in place of the original
- ๐ฆInitiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us
- ๐ฑThreatening, harassing, or pressuring our team to approve an invalid claim
Please note: Every order is backed by timestamped video documentation of the item condition and packaging before dispatch. Fraudulent claims will be compared against this evidence and rejected. We reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of deliberate fraud.
Final Decision Authority
07Fresh Fashion Fit reserves the sole and final right to approve or reject any return or exchange request. Our decision, once communicated, is binding and not subject to further dispute or negotiation.
