Agreement to Terms
§ 01These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "You") and Fresh Fashion Fit ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), operating at freshfashionfit.com and freshfashionfit.pk.
By visiting, browsing, registering, or placing an order on either of our websites, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.
Definitions
§ 02- 🏢"Company" — Fresh Fashion Fit, operating at freshfashionfit.com and freshfashionfit.pk, with offices in Chicago, IL (USA) and Karachi, Pakistan.
- 👤"Customer / User" — Any individual or entity accessing or transacting on our websites.
- 🛍️"Product" — Any garment, accessory, or item listed for sale on our websites.
- 📦"Order" — A request placed by a Customer to purchase one or more Products.
- 🌐"Site" — freshfashionfit.com (US market) and freshfashionfit.pk (Pakistan market), including all associated pages, tools, and services.
- 💳"Transaction" — Any exchange of payment for Products, including digital wallet transfers, COD, card payments, or bank deposits.
Use of Website
§ 03You agree to use our websites only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- 🚫Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, servers, or databases
- 🤖Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from our websites
- 🎭Impersonating another person, business, or creating false accounts for fraudulent purposes
- 🔗Posting or transmitting harmful, defamatory, abusive, or obscene content through any feature of our sites
- 💣Introducing malware, viruses, or any other code that may disrupt our systems or services
- 📸Reproducing, copying, or reselling any portion of our website content, product images, or design assets without written permission
Products, Pricing & Availability
§ 04All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, modify pricing, or update descriptions at any time without prior notice.

All product images, colour representations, and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor colour variations due to screen calibration and display technology are expected and do not constitute grounds for a return or exchange. All items are 100% authentic and quality-controlled before dispatch.
Orders & Contract Formation
§ 05Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product at the stated price and conditions. A binding contract between you and Fresh Fashion Fit is formed only once:
- ✅Your payment has been successfully authorized and processed (for card and digital payments), or
- ✅Your payment screenshot has been manually verified by our team (for Pakistan digital wallet payments), or
- ✅Your COD order has been confirmed via phone call or SMS by our team within 24 hours
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or unverifiable customer information. In such cases, a full payment reversal will be issued.
Payment Terms
§ 06All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering, except where COD terms apply. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method used and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Shipping & Delivery
§ 07Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Fresh Fashion Fit shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
- 🌍International orders: 10–15 business days from dispatch. Full payment required upfront.
- 🇵🇰Pakistan standard delivery: 3–4 business days from dispatch. Processed 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
- 📍The customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors.
- 🚪If undeliverable, the courier may leave the parcel at the doorstep with photo or signed proof. Once such proof is recorded, Fresh Fashion Fit bears no liability for any subsequent loss or theft.
- 🌍International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. Refusal to pay customs does not entitle you to a refund.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
§ 08Fresh Fashion Fit operates a strict Exchange Only policy. No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances for completed and delivered orders. Exchanges are subject to eligibility conditions and must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
- ✅Exchanges are accepted only for: manufacturing defects, wrong item shipped, or incorrect size dispatched.
- 🚫Change of mind, wrong size ordered, colour variation due to screen settings, and items worn or washed are not eligible.
- 📦Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in all cases.
- 🎥All claims must be supported by photo or video evidence submitted via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

Intellectual Property
§ 09All content on this website — including but not limited to text, product images, photography, graphics, logos, brand names, design layouts, and code — is the exclusive property of Fresh Fashion Fit or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- 🚫You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, upload, sell, or exploit any content from our websites without our prior written consent.
- 🚫You may not use our brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without authorization.
- 🚫Product images remain our intellectual property. Unauthorized commercial use of our product photography will be pursued legally.
User Accounts & Registration
§ 10You may place orders as a guest or by creating a registered account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- 🔒You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated.
- 🚨You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at help@freshfashionfit.com.
- ⚖️We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity — without notice and without liability.
- 🔁Accounts found to be creating duplicate orders to exploit return/exchange policies will be permanently banned.
Limitation of Liability
§ 11To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fresh Fashion Fit, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- ❌Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.
- ❌Loss, theft, or damage to delivered parcels after confirmed delivery with proof of delivery.
- ❌Delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
- ❌Technical issues, website downtime, or data loss arising from external attacks or infrastructure failures.
- ❌Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by your country's authorities on international orders.
- ❌Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including incorrect address information or missed delivery attempts.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the value of the specific order that gave rise to the claim.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention
§ 12Fresh Fashion Fit maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive behaviour. The following will result in immediate account termination, order blacklisting, and potential legal proceedings:
- 🎭Submitting false, fabricated, or exaggerated return/exchange claims
- 📹Providing manipulated payment screenshots or altered evidence
- 🏦Filing bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes
- 🔄Returning a different, used, or substituted item in place of the original
- 💳Using another person's payment credentials without explicit consent
- 📱Harassing, threatening, or coercing our team to approve invalid claims
- 🛍️Creating multiple accounts to abuse discount codes, promotions, or exchange policies
Promotions, Discount Codes & Sales
§ 13- 🎟️Promotional codes and discounts are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise. Any attempt to use discount codes fraudulently will result in order cancellation.
- 📅All promotions are valid for their specified duration only. Expired promotions cannot be applied retroactively to past or future orders.
- ⚠️We reserve the right to cancel orders that exploit pricing errors, technical glitches, or unauthorized promotional codes.
- 🚫Sale items are final sale. Sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchange unless a genuine manufacturing defect is present.
- 🔗Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
Privacy & Data Protection
§ 14Your use of our websites is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our websites, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.
- 🔒We do not store card details on our servers. All card payments are processed via PCI DSS-compliant Shopify Payments.
- 📧Marketing communications are opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- 🚫We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
§ 15These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction corresponding to the website through which your transaction was made:

Any disputes arising from transactions on our websites shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts as listed above.
Indemnification
§ 16You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fresh Fashion Fit, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
