We accept a variety of payment methods across our US and Pakistan markets. All transactions are secure, encrypted, and governed by the terms below β no exceptions.

For digital wallet payments (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL Konnect), send your payment screenshot via WhatsApp for manual verification. Orders are only processed after payment is confirmed. See our COD Policy for full Cash on Delivery terms.
Currency & Pricing
03Prices displayed are in the currency of your active market. Exchange rates for international transactions are determined by your payment provider at the time of purchase. freshfashionfit is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.
Order Confirmation & Payment Processing
04- β Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you upon successful payment.
- β±οΈCard payments are authorized immediately at checkout. Digital wallet payments (PK) require manual screenshot verification within 24 hours.
- πIf payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed. You will need to retry with a valid payment method.
- πOrders placed during non-business hours will be processed on the next working day (MondayβSaturday, excluding public holidays).
- πPayments are captured automatically at checkout. We do not hold pre-authorizations without capture except where explicitly stated.
Advance Payment Requirements
05The following order types require advance payment before dispatch β no exceptions:
- π¦All international orders (shipped outside Pakistan) require full payment upfront.
- π΅π°COD orders in Pakistan above Rs. 10,000 require a minimum advance payment of 50% or more via digital wallet or bank deposit.
- ποΈBulk or wholesale orders (5+ items) require full payment or a confirmed deposit before production or dispatch.
- β‘Express delivery orders must be paid in full before priority processing begins.
Payment Security & Data Protection
06- πAll transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Your payment data is never stored on our servers.
- π¦Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
- ποΈAll transactions are monitored for fraud and suspicious activity. Flagged transactions may be held for manual review before processing.
- π²We will never ask for your full card number, CVV, or PIN via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Any such request is fraudulent.
- πFor large or high-risk orders, we may request identity verification before processing. Failure to comply will result in order cancellation and a full refund.
Failed, Disputed & Fraudulent Payments
07The following actions are considered a serious violation of our payment policy and will result in immediate order cancellation, account suspension, and potential legal action:
- π¦Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue
- π₯Using another person's payment method or card without their explicit consent
- πSubmitting false or manipulated payment screenshots for digital wallet verification
- πPlacing duplicate orders with the intent to dispute one or more transactions
- π€Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized card or account credentials
Chargeback Policy: We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, communications, shipping confirmations, and delivery evidence. Any chargeback that is found to be filed in bad faith will be contested in full with documented evidence. We reserve the right to recover costs, fees, and damages through legal channels.
Order Cancellations & Payment Reversals
08- β±οΈCancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
- π²To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +1 857 857 8522 with your order number.
- πOnce an order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- πΈApproved cancellations will receive a store credit or payment reversal within 5β7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- π«No refunds are issued for completed and delivered orders. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for post-delivery concerns.
