Browse our collections, select your size and colour, and click Add to Cart. When ready, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and choose your preferred payment method. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified.

Note: Your order is only confirmed once payment is successfully authorized or β€” for digital wallet payments in Pakistan β€” once your payment screenshot has been verified by our team.

Order modifications β€” including size, colour, or address changes β€” are only possible within 2 hours of placement, and only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +1 857 857 8522 with your order number.

Important: Once an order has been packed or dispatched, no modifications can be made under any circumstances.

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of order placement only, provided the order has not been dispatched. Contact us via WhatsApp at +1 857 857 8522 or email help@freshfashionfit.com immediately.

Approved cancellations receive a store credit or payment reversal within 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your payment is successfully processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Pakistan customers: For Easypaisa, JazzCash, and HBL Konnect payments, your order is confirmed only after our team has manually verified your payment screenshot via WhatsApp. You will receive confirmation from us directly.

Yes. For bulk or wholesale orders (5+ items), please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email before placing your order. Bulk orders require full payment or a confirmed deposit upfront before production or dispatch begins. Pricing and timelines will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery timelines may be slightly longer during sale periods, peak seasons, or promotional campaigns.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number on the assigned courier's tracking portal to monitor your delivery in real time.

Yes. We ship internationally to most countries. If your country is not selectable at checkout, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email and we will advise on options available for your location.

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are not included in our shipping rates.

First, check your tracking number using the courier link provided in your dispatch notification. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us immediately:

Please note: Delays can occur due to customs clearance (international), weather, or courier backlogs during peak periods. These are outside our direct control, but we will always follow up with the courier on your behalf.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel at your doorstep and provide either a signed proof of delivery or a photograph of the doorstep.

Important: Once delivery is confirmed with proof, freshfashionfit is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs thereafter. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and accurate when placing your order.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are entirely outside our control.

We do not have any influence over customs processing times or fees and cannot predict what, if any, charges may apply in your country. We strongly recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.

Please note: Refusing to pay customs duties and having your package returned to us does not qualify you for a refund. Return shipping charges and duties will be deducted from any applicable store credit.

Digital Wallet Payments: For Easypaisa, JazzCash, and HBL Konnect, complete your payment and send a clear screenshot via WhatsApp to +1 857 857 8522. Your order will be confirmed after our team verifies the payment.

COD is available for deliveries within Karachi only. After placing your COD order, we will confirm it via a phone call or SMS within 24 hours. Orders above Rs. 10,000 require a minimum advance payment of 50% via digital wallet or bank deposit.

Important COD Rules: You cannot open the package before making payment to the courier. You may only return or reject the package after payment has been made. Please do not pressure delivery staff to open packages before payment β€” this violates COD policy.

Yes. All card transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified gateway with full SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store your card details on our servers at any point.

Security reminder: We will NEVER ask for your full card number, CVV, PIN, or online banking credentials via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

If your payment fails, your order will not be confirmed or processed. Here are the most common reasons and fixes:

  • 🏦 Insufficient funds β€” ensure your account has enough balance
  • 🌍 International transaction blocked β€” contact your bank to enable international payments
  • πŸ”’ Incorrect card details entered β€” double-check and retry
  • ⏱️ Session timeout β€” return to cart and restart checkout

If the issue persists, try an alternative payment method or contact us for assistance.

In rare cases, a payment may be authorized by your bank but the order confirmation may be delayed due to a network timeout. Do not place a duplicate order.

Contact us immediately at help@freshfashionfit.com or WhatsApp with your payment reference or bank transaction ID and we will resolve this within 24 hours.

If a duplicate charge did occur, we will issue a full reversal for the extra transaction.

US customers can use Shop Pay Installments or Affirm at checkout to split their payment over time, subject to their respective provider terms and approval.

Pakistan customers do not currently have an installment option. Full payment is required upfront for all non-COD orders. COD orders are paid in full at the doorstep.

Absolutely. Every item sold on freshfashionfit.com is 100% authentic and genuine. We source directly from brands and authorized distributors. We do not stock, sell, or deal in replicas, imitations, or grey-market products. Each order is packed in a clean, quality-controlled environment and video documented before dispatch.

We make every effort to photograph products accurately and in natural lighting. However, minor colour variations between product images and the actual item are normal and are influenced by your screen's brightness, colour calibration, and display technology.

This does not qualify as a defect or reason for exchange. Colour variation due to screen or monitor settings is explicitly listed as a non-eligible reason under our Returns & Exchange Policy. If you have questions about a specific product's colour before ordering, contact us first.

Each product listing includes a size guide with specific measurements. We strongly recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the size guide before ordering β€” especially for international sizing which may differ from regional standards.

Ordering the wrong size is not covered under our exchange policy. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order and we will help you choose the right fit.

Yes. Every single order is packed in a clean, quality-controlled environment and the entire packing process is recorded on video before dispatch. This timestamped footage includes the item condition, tags, and packaging.

This documentation protects both you and us β€” it is used to verify any post-delivery claims and ensures complete accountability on our end.

If you receive an item that is genuinely different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear video of the item received (including tags and packaging intact), and a description of the discrepancy.

We will cross-reference your claim against our pre-dispatch video documentation. If confirmed, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.

Claims submitted without video/photo evidence or after 48 hours will not be reviewed.

We operate an Exchange Only policy. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, or incorrect sizes sent β€” and must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery.

No. Change of mind, personal preference, and buyer's remorse are explicitly excluded from our Returns & Exchange Policy. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, and contact us with any questions before placing an order. We are happy to help you make the right choice upfront.
No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances for completed and delivered orders. The only exception is a payment authorization error (where you were charged but no order was created), which is resolved within 24 hours of reporting. For post-delivery issues, we offer exchange only.

All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, regardless of the reason for exchange. International customers are also responsible for customs, duties, and import charges on returned items.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service when returning items. We are not liable for items lost in transit during return.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve your issue is considered a serious violation of our payment policy. We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, order confirmations, dispatch notifications, delivery proofs, and pre-dispatch video documentation.

All bad-faith chargebacks will be contested in full with documented evidence. This will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to recover costs, processing fees, and damages through legal channels. If you have a genuine concern, please contact us directly and we will resolve it fairly.

No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping address, and access your order history more easily.

Your personal data is used solely to process your orders, respond to your inquiries, and β€” if you opt in β€” send you product updates and marketing communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
