How to Raise an Exchange Request

Follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.

Record a clear, unedited video showing the item, its tags, packaging, and the specific defect or issue. Photos alone may not be sufficient.

Await Verification

Our team will review your claim against our pre-dispatch video documentation. This process takes 2–3 business days.

Ship the Item Back

If your claim is approved, you must ship the item back in its original, unused condition at your own expense. We do not cover return shipping costs.

Exchange Dispatched

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • 🔄Returning a different, damaged, or substituted item in place of the original

  • 📱Threatening, harassing, or pressuring our team to approve an invalid claim

Please note: Every order is backed by timestamped video documentation of the item condition and packaging before dispatch. Fraudulent claims will be compared against this evidence and rejected. We reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of deliberate fraud.
